First, I would like to thank you for visiting my web-site. This site has been more fun than I ever imagined. I am so excited to be educating others all over the world. I have had students in every state, as well as Canada and Japan!

Teaching one-on-one, in person, is much different. To be honest, it’s much easier for me as well as the student. However, when you follow the drills, in order, and watch what you are doing in the mirror, I guarantee the results, as if I was there teaching in person.
With that in mind, I wanted my DVDs to be easy-to-understand, very visual, and when followed, the results would speak for themselves. I try to give you as much information as possible, focusing on what is important and letting go of what’s not.
My goal is to "educate" my students, their coaches...and the parents. It is important to know what you are doing, or teaching, and why. When the athlete knows what he is doing, and why, consistency becomes second nature.
