Use Arm Strong to safely develop the proper throwing muscles for a stronger and more accurate throwing arm.
Arm Strong is two great products in one; a Strength Trainer and a Mechanics Trainer. As a Strength Trainer; the Arm Strong’s patented "Real Feel" rotating ball handle combined with the light, medium, or heavy resistance tubes, or any of their seven different combinations will help strengthen proper muscle groups.
As a Mechanics Trainer; the "Real Feel" rotating ball handle when used alone teaches proper full arm circle throwing mechanics and provides instant error feedback by "flopping" down when a flaw occurs at any point during the throwing motion.
