Jeremy Reidy
While attending Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida, Reidy was named to the All Sunshine State Conference team his sophomore, junior and senior seasons. Also while attending Tech, Reidy was named to the NCAA All South Region team his last three seasons. Upon completion of his junior year, Reidy was named Scholar Athlete of the Sunshine State Conference. Just before the beginning of his senior year, coming off an impressive junior year, the AP named Reidy a Preseason All-American.
During the summer months, Reidy taught Little League baseball players from around the world as he instructed at the Little League Baseball Headquarters, in Williamsport, PA, the Home of Little League Baseball. Throughout his tenure at Florida Tech, he donated his time to the advancement of baseball by offering local little leaguers free pitching lessons.
Jeremy Reidy has been teaching youth baseball players how to improve their pitching mechanics and defensive skills for more than nine years. Aiming to bring power mechanics to the forefront of baseball through a wide array of time-tested drills and positive feedback to all of his students, Reidy founded Raign Supreme Sports & Fitness in July of 2001. As Founder, he is one of the most widely recognized experts on pitching and more specifically, the mechanics of throwing a baseball. While living in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Reidy operated two indoor studios where he also taught Sport-Specific and Cross-Specific weight training. He has also trained athletes all of all sports by specializing in Medicine Ball workouts and Manual Resistance training. In addition to being one of the youngest pitching instructors on the entire east coast, he was often featured in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette as a N.E.S.T.A. Certified Personal Trainer and Sport Yoga Instructor for the YMCA. Reidy also appeared in television commercials for the greater Williamsport, PA YMCA.
Reidy has worked with countless young athletes spanning the entire east coast on how to analyze their own mechanics all while learning the fine art of throwing a baseball mechanically correct. His time-tested drills are meant to increase accuracy, consistency, and most importantly reduce injuries in young athletes. Jeremy is available for private pitching lessons, group lessons, clinics, seminars and cross specific athletic training. Reidy has a degree in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and is currently studying to become a Doctor of Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College. Prior to his moving to Albuquerque, Reidy was the head pitching coach at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Reidy has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. Reidy also graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College with Master's Degree, and is now a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Jeremy is currently practicing acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in a private practice. He specializes in pain relief and sports medicine.
