The Power Pack
If you are a parent, or a coach of a team, then you know how important throwing mechanics are to the game. If your son is a pitcher, or you are a youth baseball pitching coach, youth baseball pitching mechanics become even more important. In fact, they are paramount. Not only are they important for achieving success, but they play a much more important role in the health and safety of the athlete’s arm.
If you have been to weekend pitching mechanics seminars, camps or clinics, you probably have a few ideas on what pitching mechanics are, and how they work. However, most camps and clinics offer a few great pieces of information, they do not simply have the time to give you the whole picture, much less a never-fail system for even those just beginning.
In the end, most youth baseball players end up piece-mealing together their pitching mechanics. Most of them do not know why they are doing what they are doing. They simply do what they are told. This is a problem! Why?
Statistics show that by age 13, 70% of all youth athletes leave their sport. The number #1 reason given: It is not FUN anymore.
Pitching not only becomes fun when you have a solid foundation in mechanics, it becomes easy. When you build a house, you build it on a strong foundation, from the ground up. Freedom Mechanics works the same way, you will have a solid foundation of the fundamentals of throwing mechanics, and you will start from the ground up.
Freedom Mechanics was designed by trial & error, over time to accomodate each student I worked with. Each youth baseball player is different, and I needed something that worked with everyone regardless of age, size, or skill level. The complete drill system in volume one was the result!
It is the world's first complete pitching mechanics system. Their are 9 drills, which are time-tested and work every single time, with any youth baseball player. Simply follow the drills! I guarantee your results!
